Specialty colours, feature walls, or brand-specific requests may incur a variation.
What’s Not Included (Exclusions)
To keep pricing fair and transparent, the following are excluded unless quoted separately:
Major plaster repairs or water damage
Mould treatment
High-access areas requiring scaffolding
Furniture removal
Structural repairs
Clear scope = no disputes.
Payment Terms
50% deposit required to secure booking
50% on completion, prior to final sign-off
All payments made directly to Done Right Projects
Contractors are not authorised to collect payment
Warranty
All workmanship is covered by a 12-month workmanship warranty, valid upon full payment.
